Do's

• Use Prevident 5000 Plus Spearmint as directed by your healthcare providers. Follow the recommended dosage and frequency of use.
• Apply a thin ribbon of Prevident 5000 Plus Spearmint to a toothbrush and brush your teeth thoroughly for two minutes, preferably at bedtime.
• Spit out the toothpaste after brushing, but do not rinse your mouth with water or eat or drink for at least 30 minutes to allow the fluoride to be absorbed by your teeth.
• Store the toothpaste in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
• Continue to follow good oral hygiene practices, including regular brushing and flossing, in addition to using Prevident 5000 Plus Spearmint.

Don'ts

• Do not swallow the toothpaste. It is meant for topical use on your teeth and should not be ingested.
• Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after using Prevident 5000 Plus Spearmint to allow the fluoride to work effectively.
• Do not use more toothpaste than recommended by your healthcare provider.
• Do not use Prevident 5000 Plus Spearmint in children below the age of 6 years without consulting a healthcare provider.

Serious Side Effects:
