Celestone Soluspan Injection is indicated for a variety of conditions such as allergic disorders, arthritis, gout, blood diseases, breathing problems, certain cancers, eye diseases, intestinal disorders, and collagen and skin diseases. It is also used for acute gouty arthritis, acute and subacute bursitis, acute nonspecific tenosynovitis, epicondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, synovitis of osteoarthritis, alopecia areata, discoid lupus erythematosus, keloids, localized hypertrophic, infiltrated, inflammatory lesions of granuloma annulare, lichen planus, lichen simplex chronicus (neurodermatitis), and psoriatic plaques, among other conditions.

This medication is a corticosteroid hormone (glucocorticoid) that works by decreasing the body's immune response to these diseases and reduces symptoms such as swelling.
