Angeliq is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms due to menopause in women with a uterus. It is also used for the treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy due to menopause in women with a uterus.

Angeliq contains a combination of drospirenone and estradiol. Drospirenone is a female hormone that helps regulate ovulation and menstruation, while estradiol is a female hormone involved in the development and maintenance of the female reproductive system.
