Evoxac (generic name: cevimeline) is indicated for the following purposes
- It is used to treat dry mouth in people with Sjögren's Syndrome, a condition where the immune system attacks the body's moisture-producing glands, leading to symptoms such as dry mouth and dry eyes.
- Evoxac increases the secretions of the saliva and sweat glands in the body, helping to alleviate the symptoms of dry mouth.
