Do’s

Don'ts

• Don't take Lanvis tablets unless prescribed by your healthcare provider.
• Don't take more than the prescribed dosage.
• Don't take Lanvis tablets for longer than prescribed.
• Don't share your Lanvis tablets with others.
• Don't stop taking Lanvis tablets abruptly: Consult your healthcare provider first.
• Don't crush, chew, or break Lanvis tablets unless specifically instructed by your healthcare provider.
• Don't drink alcohol while taking Lanvis tablets: Alcohol can interact with the medication and worsen side effects.

Common Side Effects:

• Diarrhea
• Loss of appetite
• Nausea and vomiting
• Skin rash and itching
• Sun sensitivity

Serious Side Effects:

• Joint pain or swelling
• Sores in the mouth or on the skin
• Signs of a serious allergic reaction, such as abdominal cramps, difficulty breathing, nausea and vomiting, or swelling of the face and throat
• Bone marrow failure
• Inflammation of the mouth (stomatitis)
• Enlarged liver (hepatomegaly)
• Increased bilirubin in the blood
• Increased liver enzymes
• Increased uric acid level in urine

Lanvis can significantly suppress your bone marrow function, leading to a reduced production of blood cells. This can cause:

• Increased risk of infections
• Increased risk of bleeding

• Anemia (low red blood cell count)
• This is a serious side effect and requires immediate medical attention.

Lanvis may cause liver damage. Talk to your healthcare provider if you experience symptoms like:

• Jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes)
• Dark urine
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Unusual fatigue

Due to potential myelosuppression, Lanvis may increase your susceptibility to infections. Be cautious around people who are sick and practice good hygiene.

Lanvis can harm an unborn baby. Discuss the risks and benefits with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Lanvis may also pass into breast milk and harm a nursing infant. Consult your healthcare provider before breastfeeding while taking Lanvis.

The effectiveness of live vaccines may be reduced while taking Lanvis. Discuss vaccinations with your healthcare provider before receiving them.

Inform your healthcare provider if you have any of the following before taking Lanvis:

• Kidney disease
• Liver disease
• Weakened immune system

Lanvis may increase your risk of bleeding. Tell your healthcare provider if you easily bruise or have other bleeding problems.

Rash or itching may occur. Inform your healthcare provider if you experience these symptoms.

Certain medications can interact with Lanvis and worsen side effects. Disclose all medications you take to your healthcare provider.

Lanvis may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid activities requiring alertness or clear vision until you know how it affects you.
