Do's

Don’ts

• Don't use Breo Ellipta more than once in 24 hours. 
• Don't increase your dose, use Breo Ellipta more often, or stop using it without talking to your doctor. It may take several weeks or longer before you get the full benefit of this drug. 
• Stop using a quick-relief inhaler on a regular daily schedule and only use it as needed for sudden shortness of breath if you have been using it and contact your healthcare provider for details. 
• Don't use other long-acting beta agonists while using Breo Ellipta. 
• Don't stop taking corticosteroids by mouth without your healthcare provider’s approval; they may want you to reduce your dose gradually. 

The dosage may occasionally be adjusted by your healthcare provider based on your individual condition and response to the treatment. The medication comes in a powder form and is administered using a special inhaler device preloaded with blister packs containing measured doses of the medicine. The device opens and loads a blister of Breo Ellipta each time you use the inhaler.
