What are Stretch Marks?
Stretch marks occur at several stages of life and affect both men and women. They are deep scars, or scar tissues, that appear as stripes on the surface of the skin. With Physical Exercises
Exercise helps prevent these marks from developing further. Exercise reduces fat gain and allows the skin to expand naturally.
Water Intake
Drink 6 to 8 cups of water to keep the skin hydrated, making the skin soft and supple. Hydrated skin can repair itself more easily than dry which ultimately helps in stretch mark removal.
Vitamins A and C
A healthy diet high in vitamins A and C allows the skin to make collagen and elastin, to repair itself.
