   Your prescription(s) will be verified by DoctorSolve with your physician's office. We also require a copy of one of the following: driver's license, passport, military ID, or birth certificate.

3. A Patient Care Associate will contact you by phone to confirm your order.

4. To complete your order we ask that you also mail your original prescription(s) to our office: DoctorSolve Healthcare, Suite #2001-7495 132nd Street, Surrey, BC, Canada V3W 1J8.
